In-Person Program

We are pleased to be welcoming you to an afternoon back in-person! We look forward meeting those of you who are new to our program, as well as reuniting with some familiar faces!

* Note: you will not need to purchase a second ticket for the attending carepartner (if you or your loved one is being accompanied)

We will do all within our power to provide an environment for everyone to engage in safely. The Bitove Method’s Health and Safety Protocols are outlined in the "policies" section of this event. Please read it thoroughly to ensure you are aware of the measures we are taking to protect our members, their family and friends, and our staff. Proof of vaccination for COVID-19 will be required to attend. For the entire duration of our program all staff and members and carepartners will be required to wear a mask and adhere to the social distancing requirements.

With that said, if a member requires any physical assistance to engage or mobilize within the space they will need to be accompanied by a caregiver. We recognize these added safety measures may have an impact on your ability to participate, and we apologize for any inconvenience. Please know that these protocols, while important for us now, will not be in place forever -  we will adjust and follow the measures provided to us by Toronto Public Health and the guidelines for Ontario Adult Day Programs.

Please note that we may take photos/videos of the afternoon. You will be sent a form asking to provide your consent to have your likeness recorded/published. If you are not comfortble with this, that is fine! Just indicate so in the form and we will be sure not to include you in any publication of images/videos of the day. 

You will also be forwarded information regarding parking, potential ride servics, and more logistic details after signing up.

Our reopening is funded by the Government of Ontario through their Seniors Community Grant.
